Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to purchases of digital products from Footvolley Defence.
Parties
The seller is EIVIND DANIEL RØED SPORT & MEDIA, organization number 936 862 357, email: [email protected] (the "Seller"). The buyer is the consumer placing the order (the "Customer").
Payment
Payment is processed using the available checkout methods. Vipps (NOK) is available for Norwegian customers, while Stripe is used for other customers. The amount is charged when the order is completed.
Delivery
The product is delivered digitally as a PDF after confirmed payment. Delivery is considered complete when download access is provided.
Right of Withdrawal
For digital content delivered immediately, the withdrawal right may be lost if the Customer expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges this loss.
Returns
Digital products are normally non-returnable after delivery. For technical issues or missing delivery, contact the Seller by email.
Complaints Handling
If the product has a defect, the Customer may file a complaint within a reasonable time after discovering it. Complaints are handled via [email protected].
Conflict Resolution
Complaints should first be directed to the Seller for an amicable solution. If unresolved, the matter can be escalated to relevant dispute resolution bodies in Norway.
